I used my credit card on catofashions.com and the charge showed up right away for the correct amount. No random fees, no double charge, nothing weird like that. The only thing I noticed was the pending charge sat there for a couple days before clearing, but it ended up processing normally. I’m always a little wary because I don’t really trust customer service to fix billing problems quickly if something goes wrong, but in this case I didn’t have to deal with them. Overall, smooth.

I really like the stuff here and always find something cute, but somehow my size is never in stock. It’s kind of frustrating because I get excited to order and then can’t actually buy anything. Is it just me, or does this happen to other people too?

Well... the material feels really nice, and it actually held up after washing, which I was happy about. Still feels good and didn’t seem to lose its shape or quality.

I’ve picked up a few tops and jeans from Cato. Nothing fancy, just everyday stuff. they’ve held up way better than I thought they would. Washed them a bunch. No weird shrinking, no seams coming apart. For the price, I’m happy with the quality

I usually like Cato and have had decent experiences before, but this order just felt off. I ordered two tops and a pair of pants, and somehow one of the tops came in the wrong color and the pants were a different size than what my confirmation showed. Am I missing something, or should the order match what I actually picked? Shipping itself was fine, but it’s frustrating to have to deal with returns when the mistake wasn’t on my end. Customer service did respond, just not exactly quickly. I might order again, but I’d be a little nervous about whether everything would show up correctly.
